Preparation of the IRS Forms and Schedules to receive tax-exempt status under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3) and insertion of the required language in your operating documents for tax-exempt qualification.
NOTICE: You will also pay a separate Federal IRS Fee by sending a check made payable to the IRS along with the 501(c)(3) application that is prepared and returned to you by QuickCorps. This fee is $300 or $750 depending on your anticipated gross receipts.
