The Washington, DC Corporation name must include the word or an abbreviation of a word that indicates that the named entity is a corporation. Examples of a corporate name ending include "Incorporated," "Corporation," "Company" or "Limited." The name cannot state or imply that the corporation or LLC is formed for purpose other than what is permitted in the articles of incorporation/organization.
